Pauls Section The greatest achievement I have done and it is still not completed, but believe me it is better than winning the lottery or any other pleasure you can think of. To wake up every day and look in the mirror and see that you now have the body you dreamed of having for years is the best thing in the world. All the years of unhappiness and whishing but not doing are not wasted, but are a learning curve to produce the thing you have always longed for. Ok so I am not Mr Britain but that wasnt my goal anyway. The only thing I wanted was to look good and feel good and lose the self awareness of being fat and having pig tits.
Will power can be taken in many forms but the best way is being positive and sticking to the goal you have set yourself. Do not let it beat you and never listen to negative advice. One meal will make a difference as will a desert, a chocolate bar cos you have been good all week, as will a cheat day etc
All these things are negative and move away from the path you are walking, the path to re shape and gain the physique you want.
One of the hardest things to do when you have lost the weight and re shaped your body weight management. The ability to maintain the weight you are and never start the process of gaining body fat. The best way is to realise that the eating plan that you have been on is a plan for life and not a diet that is ended. Never go back to old habits because they made you fat in the first place. Its like giving up smoking because you have a cough and when its gone starting again the cough will come back, as will the fat and the unhappiness. Also another tip is never suffer on a diet and make it a hardship to stick to. You must re-educate you and your family into eating the correct way. Yes everyone knows how small meals regular but DO it and start the right way.
One last thing if you smoke give up as you start your new diet and you will only suffer once. You wont have a clue whether it is notice or sugary carbohydrates you are craving for and hen you start to do cardio it will be easier and the will to smoke will become less and less not only smoking, drinking too the same rule applies replace with exercise and the path you are following becomes faster.
This was me fat, sad and whilst stuffing my face with enough food to feed a small village, wishing to be slim.
